Shipping

After Dutchess has received your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders can be placed in the webshop and are not binding until Dutchess has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Items are delivered by POSTNL, DHL or DPD. The delivery time begins at the moment we have received the payment. All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, most deliveries will be the next day. We are open from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case of a delay, we will inform you in a timely manner. Orders within Europe will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders outside Europe will be delivered within 8-10 working days. Once the order has been shipped, we will send the final confirmation and tracking information via email.

 

RETURNS 

How do I return my Dutchess item?

If you’re not completely satisfied  with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, gift card, or exchange.

What are the return conditions for an item bought in the webshop?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Customers are responsible and liable for return shipments at their expense. Always keep your tracking number until your return has been processed
  • Customers may choose their preferred carrier and service but please be aware that only registered parcels count as 100% proof of an arrived return as it has our warehouse signature.
  • Processing your return may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your return.
  • Refunds may take another 2-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition—unworn, unaltered. They must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • If items don’t meet these conditions, we reserve the right to either return the items at your expense or deduct costs for reconditioning from the refund.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless all items from the order are returned.
  • A refund will only be issued once we receive and process the returned parcel. 
  • Articles cannot be returned to any other retailers that sells our collection. Only articles purchased at the Dutchess webstore can be returned to the Dutchess webstore
  • If an article is too large or too small, please contact us at [email protected]. Return the article to us in its original packaging to our return address. You are responsible for the shipping and the associated shipping costs. Once we have received the item back, we will ensure that the correct size is sent to you within 1 to 3 working days. The costs for this shipping are covered by Dutchess.

  • The Netherlands: €5,95 (free from 150,00 and up)
  • Europe: 10,00 (free from 150,00 and up)
